Feedamind Reviews

Does Feedamind Work?

Fact Checked By Dr Mark Watson M.D.

Feedamind Has Some Good Ingredients, But, In Trying To Limit How Many Capsules You Have Underdosed Most Of Them.

Feedamind is a nootropic supplement that promises to enhance brain health and performance. With its unique blend of 16 natural ingredients, Feedamind aims to provide users with laser focus, increased energy levels, and long-term brain support. The reality is that a lot of the claims that Feedamind makes are based on having it's ingredients in much higher doses. For example, L Theanine is typically dosed at 200mg [1], whereas in Feedamind it's only 50mg, this pretty much rings true of everything in there.

But, L Theanine isn't the only culprit here, resveratrol is about one sixth of what it should be, L Tryosine needs to be dosed at 75mg/lb of body weight, [2] not 250mg....  L-Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine is 1200mg, not 250mg [3] and we could keep going. A few of these ingredients simply don't belong in a combined capsule based supplement, as you can gather, when you need something in doses of higher than 10 grams it's generally better to have them in powder form as on average 1 large supplement capsule holds a little under 1 gram of ingredients.

But, that's not our main grievance, and ultimately what's going to make this a rather negative Feedamind review is it's price point for what you get. If we compare it to other $70/month nootropic supplements, like Hunter Focus, we actually have all the same ingredients in Feedamind, in their correct doses (meaning you get double for your money) as well as about half a dozen extra ingredients which have been shown to be effective at improving cognitive function. And it leaves out the ones you can't possibly dose correctly in a combined supplement. It does mean taking six capsules a day, not three. But, ultimately that's just the ingredient space that's required for these supplements to actually work to improve brain function.

There are a couple of positives, bacopa monnieri [4] is at a high enough dose to function, as is the b vitamin blend is OK. But for the most part this supplement is definitely not worth the money when you compare it against better supplements designed to improve cognitive function.

Customers Feedamind Reviews

While there aren't many user reviews available for Feedamind, the couple of feedamind reddit reviews that do exist are generally positive, although in such a way that they look like they were almost certainly generated by the marketing team. Beyond that we couldn't really find many reviews of Feedamind at all.

Our Feedamind Experience

We gave it to two of our regular testers in a blank bottle so they didn't know what they were taking. They reported no cognitive function improvement and generally said that it didn't hold up to much. One did reference that his lower back pain was a little better. But, that seems circumstantial, although there is some chance that the dose of bacopa monnieri had some effect on that.

Feedamind Ingredients

Marigold Flower Extract Blend 12 mg - Marigold flower extract is rich in compounds such as Lutein and Zeaxanthin. These carotenoids play a crucial role in improving visual performance and protecting the eyes from the harmful effects of prolonged digital device use. Furthermore, it's claimed that Marigold flower extract supports cognitive performance and promotes better sleep quality. To be charitable, the active compounds are standardized reasonably highly and could have some benefits for eye health, unfortunately it doesn't really work very well for brain function and it's cognitive benefits haven't really been proven at all, and the handful of studies that suggest it could do anything are on animals and in a much higher dose. [5]

Bacopa Monnieri 250 mg - Bacopa Monnieri is a well-known herb used in traditional medicine to improve brain function. It has been shown to enhance cognitive abilities, treat symptoms of ADHD, and reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, Bacopa Monnieri exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and may help lower blood pressure. This one's all good, the dose is high enough (300mg and up is better, but 250 is "fine") and we have no major issues here for the feedamind nootropic supplement. [4]

Pterostilbene 46.67 mg -
Pterostilbene is a compound with numerous health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It has been linked to the modulation of neurological diseases, protection against cancer, and support for vascular health. But, most studies (albeit limited ones) suggest that you need 125mg not 46mg per day. [6]

Resveratrol 98% 14.3 mg - You need 100mg of Resveratrol so we're nowhere near a functional dose. But, we do highly rate it, it's not only a powerful antioxidant, has been extensively studied for its anti-inflammatory properties. It has demonstrated potential in protecting against various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease. Resveratrol also supports cognitive function and helps combat age-related cognitive decline. [7,8]

L-Theanine 50 mg - L-Theanine is a natural compound found in tea leaves and certain mushrooms. It is known for its relaxation and stress-reducing effects. By promoting a state of calm and attentive wakefulness, L-Theanine contributes to improved focus and concentration. Unfortunately, there isn't enough here to do anything. [1,9]

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine Powder 250 mg - L-Tyrosine: L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that helps improve focus and concentration. It supports the production of neurotransmitters in the brain, such as dopamine, which play a crucial role in cognitive function. However, as we mentioned in the introduction of our feedamind review, it is comically under dosed. [2]

L-Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine (alpha-GPC) 100 mg - Alpha-GPC: Alpha-GPC is a compound that provides choline to the brain, which is essential for the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory and learning. Once again we have the same issue though, simply not enough of the ingredient to do anything. [3]

Avena Sativa (Oat Straw) Extract 10:1 20 mg - Oat straw extract has been shown to result in better focus and concentration in clinical trials, although there isn't a huge volume of evidence to support it's use. The other catch is that the ideal dose is 800mg, meaning that even with an extract standardized to 200mg worth of the active ingredients, we still aren't going to get very much from Feedamind to enhance cognitive function. [10]

Cat's Claw 4:1 Extract 20 mg - is an adaptogenic herb that helps the body adapt to stress. It enhances mental performance and reduces fatigue, improving both physical and mental energy levels. And you guessed it, there just isn't enough here to actually deliver on any of these benefits. [11]

B Vitamins - B Vitamins are essential for brain development and function. They plays a key role in the production of neurotransmitters and helps regulate mood and cognitive processes. They're not in the ideal dosages to give maximum benefit to mental clarity, but they're not terrible either, and at this point in our review it feels unnecessary to nitpick. [12,13]

Chocamine® 500 mg -
Chocamine Plus is a natural cocoa extract that contains theobromine, a compound known for its stimulating effects. It boosts alertness and cognitive function, providing a natural energy boost. This dose contains about 40mg of caffeine anhydrous, which isn't exactly a large amount, that's about half a black coffee. With caffeine being the active ingredient, make of that what you will. Caffeine dose definitely improve cognitive performance and focus, it doesn't do a whole lot for overall brain health though. [14]

Dynamine 50 mg - Dynamine is a patented extract from caffeinated plants that enhances energy, focus, and mood. It works by activating the dopamine receptors in the brain, leading to increased motivation and mental clarity. This is another form of caffeine, although the company says a standard dose is around 200-400mg, so again even the branded ingredients in Feedamind don't have enough to work with.

Potential Feedamind Side Effects

Like any dietary supplement, Feedamind may have potential side effects. It is important to be aware of these potential side effects before starting supplementation. Here are some of the potential side effects associated with Feedamind:

Headaches: Some users may experience headaches as a result of the ingredients in Feedamind. If you experience persistent headaches, it is advisable to discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Drowsiness: Certain ingredients in Feedamind, such as Bacopa Monnieri, may cause drowsiness in some individuals. It is recommended to take Feedamind when you have enough time for rest and relaxation to avoid any potential drowsiness.

It's important to note that these feedamind side effects are not experienced by everyone and may vary from person to person. Although they are both noted as potential side effects from bacopa, as is nausea. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new dietary supplement.

Feedamind Review Conclusion

Feedamind is a nootropic supplement that claims to offer a range of benefits for individuals looking to enhance their cognitive abilities. And whilst the ingredients in Feedamind have been shown to enhance cognitive function, the doses in Feedamind are far to low for you to get most of the benefits.

It scores pretty low on brain health and cognitive performance, but with enough caffeine anhydrous in here you may get a small focus boost, and the bacopa monnieri dose is fine, but as that's mostly a stress and mood supplement rather than for cognitive function, what we're really looking at here is; b vitamins, a little bit of energy from caffeine and some bacopa to take the edge off. Not something that is worth $75.

Considering that there are much better options out there that contain the correct doses of the same ingredients, cost the same price, have shown us their 3rd party testing certification and have performed better in our personal tests we can't currently recommend Feedamind.
