Dicalcium Phosphate - 107 MG (60 MG Calcium, 47 MG Phosphorus)
Calcium is a mineral that is well known to improve bone and heart health, and studies have also shown that it can lead to more testosterone being produced in elite athletes, provided they take at least 35mg per day and work out (1).
The mineral phosphorous also benefits the health of your bones, teeth, cells, and bodily tissues, but your levels can drop drop significantly when taking calcium supplements, hence why the two are used together here (2).
This means the first ingredient in Alpha King Immortal can indeed improve your t levels, but only if you work out hard each day while taking the supplement.
Zinc (OptiZinc Zinc Monomethionine) - 15 MG
Zinc is a metal element and mineral that stimulates the pituitary gland, causing it to increase the production of luteinizing hormone, boosting testosterone levels in the process. It will also enhance your eyesight, DNA synthesis, immunity, metabolism, and recovery time and reduce inflammation and the signs of aging (3).
Unfortunately, you will only see the benefits of zinc if you consume at least 25 mg per day. This means the 15 mg in Alpha King Immortal is of no use.
Selenium (Lalmin Se1000 L-Selenomethionine) - 80 MCG
The trace mineral selenium is known to be a potent antioxidant and anti inflammatory that can improve joint, skin, and hair health. However, no studies have ever proven that it boosts testosterone, so its inclusion in a supplement such as Alpha King Immortal makes no real sense and serves no purpose (4).
Potassium (Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate) - 40 MG
Potassium is a mineral which, while not said to boost testosterone, a deficiency in has been said to cause low testosterone levels.
However, as this correlation has never been proven, it is very possible it will not be of any use in a test booster like Alpha King Immoral and won't be of use to people who aren't potassium deficient or suffering from low testosterone even if it is (5).
Testosterone & Estrogen Modulation Matrix - 2150 MG
KSM-66 Ashwagandha Extract (Root) - 600 MG
Ashwagandha is a herbal extract produced from the roots of the winter cherry shrub.
A staple of ayurvedic medicine for many years, it is said to bring your blood sugar and testosterone to optimal levels, boost brain and heart health, fat loss, focus, memory, muscular contractions, physical performance, strength, and sleep, while reducing stress and anxiety.
The only problem is, while 600 mg is the recommended daily dosage, it should be taken in multiple doses of no more than 300 mg. This means the 600 mg in each serving of Alpha King Immortal is too strong and could cause side effects (6). It should however still work though.
AlphaFen Fenugreek Liposomal Extract (Seed) - 500 MG
Fenugreek extract has been proven to boost testosterone levels, sex drive, and male health and reproductive functions, while also lowering blood sugar levels and helping to treat diabetes.
The issue is, for these effects to occur at optimal levels, you must consume 600 mg of fenugreek extract per day. This means, while the 500 mg present in servings of Alpha King Immortal may have some effect, it is far from what it would be capable of if it had been properly dosed (7).
Tribulus Terrestris Extract (Fruit) - 250 MG
Extracts from the Tribulus plant have long been used in ayurvedic medicine, due to the belief that it can improve libido and testosterone production, support male sexual performance and health, and boost heart health and blood flow.
Unfortunately, while many studies have been conducted, no conclusive evidence has ever been produced to support these claims, so its presence in a testosterone booster such as Alpha King Immortal is likely pointless (8).
Black Maca Extract (Root) - 200 MG
Maca root extract is widely used in traditional medicines around the world, due to claims that it can enhance your mood, sex drive, and sexual performance, provide anxiety, depression, and stress relief, and combat the symptoms of the menopause (9).
However, not only have none of these claims been conclusively proven, but even the studies that support its use say at least 1,500 mg must be taken daily to produce results. The 200 mg in each serving of Alpha King Immortal is therefore virtually guaranteed to do nothing at all.
Tongkat Ali Extract (Root) - 200 MG
Tongkat ali is a herb extract used to enhance libido and fertility and reduce estrogen production. The issue is none of these benefits have ever been proven and it is not known to do anything in doses under 300 mg. This means the 200 mg of tongkat ali root in each Alpha King Immortal serving is totally worthless (10).
PrimaVie (Shilajit Fulvic Acid Complex) - 200 MG
PrimaVie is an extract from Himalayan rocks that has a high fulvic acid content, which is said to improve testosterone synthesis, muscle strength, and your overall health, while reducing the signs of aging.
However, as all of these claims are unproven and even supporting studies say a minimum of 250 mg must be consumed each day to be of use, the 200 mg in each Alpha King Immortal serving will do nothing (11).
Stinging Nettle Extract (Root) - 100 MG
Stinging nettle extract binds to SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin).
As SHBG inhibits testosterone production, binding to it will cause your body to produce less estrogen and more testosterone. Beyond just balanced hormones, it also offers other benefits, like reducing inflammation and boosting prostate and urinary tract health.
The problem is, as a minimum of 120mg of nettle root extract is needed each day to produce these effects, the 100 mg in each serving of Alpha King Immortal won't produce the desired results (12).
DIM (Diindolylmethane) - 100 MG
DIM (diindolylmethane) is a compound made by combining indole and methane molecules. An oestrogen regulator and anti aromatase modulator, it interacts with oestrogen binding sites to prevent poor testosterone levels and keep all three hormones perfectly balanced.
Beyond this, it can also boost sexual performance, health, and functions and reduce stress, inflammation, and the risk of some illnesses, provided you take 100 mg per day (13). This makes DIM one of the only instances where you will find an ingredient in Alpha King Immortal work as intended.
HGH Secretagogue Arterial Pump Activation Blend - 1700 MG
Nitrosigine (Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate) - 1000 MG
Inositol stabilized arginine silicate is an ergogenic aid that improves arterial nitric oxide levels, leading to greater testosterone production, cognitive functions, and energy levels.
Unfortunately, these effects are only produced if you consume at least 1,500 mg per day, so the 1,000 mg in each serving of Alpha King Immortal is insufficient to be effective (14).
AlphaSize (50% Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine) - 600 MG
Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine (alpha gpc) is similar to amino acids and improves mental health and clarity, as well as the body's ability to contract muscles, burn body fat, metabolise nutrients, and regulate cholesterol levels (15).
Unfortunately, it will only do any of these things if you take three 400 mg doses per day. This means the single 600 mg dose in each serving of Alpha King Immortal is both too big and too small at the same time.
Spectra - 100 MG
Spectra is a patented proprietary blend of antioxidants that boasts coffee arabica extract, kale, green tea extract, broccoli sprout, onion extract, apple extract, tomato, camu camu, garlic, turmeric, basil, oregano, cinnamon, elderberry, mangosteen, blackcurrant extract, blueberry extract, sweet cherry, spinach, carrot, chokeberry, blackberry, bilberry extract, Brussel sprout, acai berry, raspberry, and acerola cherry extract.
Much like with the rest of the active ingredients in Alpha King Immortal though, while some, such as green tea extract, offer potential benefits, they are present in miniscule doses and surrounded by others that are not proven to be of use, making the whole blend essentially a waste of space (16)
Rapid Bioavailability Acceleration Complex - 30 MG
AstraGin (Panax Notoginseng Root & Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extracts) - 25 MG
Panax ginseng plant extracts can boost testosterone levels, mood, immunity, and brain functions, and treat or prevent erectile dysfunction and many other illnesses when taken in daily doses of at least 200 mg (17).
Astragalus is an anti-inflammatory that can boost testosterone levels, heart, immune, and liver health, and blood flow and reduce cholesterol levels if you take 30 mg per day (18).
This unfortunately means that, while both ingredients are beneficial, Force Factor have used so little that they won't be in Alpha King Immortal.
BioPerine Black Pepper Fruit Extract - 5 MG
Black pepper extract will not improve your testosterone levels directly. However, it is put in many dietary supplements as it is a bioavailability enhancer, which means it will make all of the other ingredients they contain easier to absorb and more effective.
As with everything else in Alpha King Immortal though, the 5 mg of black pepper extract Force Factor have used is far lower than the required dose of 20 mg, so it won't be able to do its job (19).
Pros
Many of the key ingredients Force Factor use are proven to be beneficial in a testosterone booster
Cons
Extremely expensive and requires you to take massive servings
Most of the proven ingredients are present in dosages far lower than required
Many of the ingredients Force Factor have used have not been proven to work
