T hero has two reasonably good ingredients in Ashwagandha and Boron and one decent one in Bioperine, everything else in T Hero however isn't great, or has been completely debunked since the release of the supplement. It's definitely not the worst supplement in it's class, but it's definitely not one of the best and we can't say we'd recommend it. We're not fond of a lot of testosterone boosting supplements in general here at EASNA as the vast majority are functionally snake oil, with there being one or two exceptions to the rule.

Odds are if you can get it in Walgreens it's going to be pretty poor as most of the science around natural testosterone supplements has changed in the last decade, and the formulas in stores are hard to adapt as it would mean throwing out a lot of stock.

In terms of what you should look for in a testosterone support supplement it's pretty straightforward and T Hero only has a few of the "good" ingredients. It's missing some of the most well backed ingredients like DAA, Panax Ginseng [1] or Fenugreek [2] , doesn't have a good supporting vitamin blend and even manages to slightly under dose Boron (which only needs to be 10mg), we recommend that you check out Prime Male instead (it's $10 more a month, but you get more than double the active ingredients and it's really not even close as a value proposition), although we should mention the dosage of Ashwagandha is correct for raising testosterone levels at 600mg [3], although over time you may need to take slightly larger amounts for the desired effects as your body gets used to it.
