Modern Trim Review: Do The Claims Hold Water?

Modern Trim is a liquid weight-loss product that is taken once per day. According to the marketing hype for Modere Trim, it's a combination of two leading technologies that result in a body transformation experience. However, this is pretty much complete and utter drivel. Firstly, Modere Trim contains conjugated linoleic acid, an ingredient that has been quite well researched at this point and it has absolutely zero benefits towards weight loss. Secondly, the formula contains Liquid Biocell – another product from Modere. On closer look, this is made from collagen-based protein, with again absolutely no relation to weigh loss what so ever.

Most people take collagen supplements for the health benefits of strengthening hair, skin, nails and bones, but not really for weight loss. If you are looking for a product that actually aids weight loss then you probably want something that contains glucomannan or 5htp, which are really the only 2 over the counter options that have enough evidence backing them in terms of studies, and science that makes sense.

Glucomannan expands to 50X its size in the stomach, making you feel full, and 5htp helps regulate dopamine, it was originally clinical use only. It's been tested even during brain scans to show that people are less enticed by sugary and high carb foods whilst on the supplement.

As a result we tend to recommend hourglass fit which contains both of these ingredients that actually have scientific backing, unlike anything in modere trim.

Does Modere Trim Work?

No, it doesn't. There is nothing, and we mean absolutely nothing in terms of evidence to support that modere trim does anything to aid fat metabolism, accelerate fat reduction or aid with weight loss in any way as they claim. It is not an effective weight loss supplement, and anyone that says otherwise is likely to have experienced the placebo effect or are trying to sell modere trim. Excluding dangerous supplements, modere trim weight loss supplements are probably the worst that we've come across so far. Don't waste your money.

Modere Trim Ingredients

In all honesty, the Modere Trim ingredient list is nothing special. We've already pulled it apart as completely useless as a weight loss aid. The ingredients will vary according to the product's flavour, but only two base ingredients sit at the core of this product.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA): CLA is a fatty acid commonly found in dairy and meat products. Animal studies have suggested that CLA may have a positive impact on reducing fat mass and promoting weight loss. However, human studies have yielded mixed results, with some showing modest weight loss effects and others showing no significant benefits compared to placebo or other weight loss methods. It's worth noting that individual responses to CLA can vary, and its effectiveness may depend on factors such as dosage, duration of use, and individual metabolism. While CLA may offer some potential benefits, more research is needed to fully understand its impact on weight loss in humans.

Liquid Biocell: This is a patented product of Modere. It is basically a collagen supplement that consists of Chicken Sternal Cartilage Extract. There is no research to be found on Liquid Biocell, but we do know that chicken sternal cartilage extract contains chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid. However, there is no research to associate these elements with weight loss. Collagen is known for its role in supporting joint health and improving skin elasticity. Some studies have shown that collagen supplementation can lead to reduced joint pain and improved skin hydration and texture. However, it's important to note that the specific effects of Liquid Biocell on weight loss are not well-studied. While collagen may indirectly support weight loss by promoting muscle mass and joint health, further research is needed to determine its direct impact on fat metabolism. Ultimately there really isn'y any justification for it's inclusion in modere trim.

In short any benefits listed in any customers modere trim reviews are likely to be due to placebo effects reducing cravings, which could have some benefit of course, but it's not actually the product doing any of the work.It's also not vegan for anyone who is for some reason still considering purchasing modere trim. Although we're not sure why anyone would.
