What's Wrong With F BRN Komplex?
Aside from the obvious issue about it being unsafe, and damaging to your liver that is. Which is enough reason to AVOID this product.
Fat-burning supplement research has been going on for many decades, so we have come to realise what works and what doesn't in an effective fat-burning product. For a product that claims to give you more energy, boost your metabolic rate, curb food cravings, and make fat loss a more straightforward process, F-Brn Komplex makes many bold claims but fails to live up to any of them.
What is evident from looking at the ingredient list for F-Brn Komplex is that it is missing the most effective, well-researched and proven ingredients that go into the better fat-burning brands on the market.
For example, it doesn't include the standard capsimax base, glucomannan, chromium, cayenne pepper, or 5htp, which are all popular ingredients in effective fat-burning supplements because they have been proven to work.
Instead, F-Brn Komplex seems to share only one ingredient that acts in a supporting or complementary role to more powerful fat-burning ingredients in better formulations, this being Green tea extract. Green tea extract contains catechins that will help your metabolism, but it doesn't stimulate fat-burning on its own.
It is also much cheaper than the leading brands of fat-burner on the market, which is probably what encouraged so many people to try it. However, it is often the case that you get what you pay for, so buying a cheap fat-burner can be a false economy as you will end up spending money on an ineffective product that doesn't deliver on its promises.
F BRN Komplex Ingredients
You may have read to this point and wonder if it is worth reading on to find out what exactly F-Brn Komplex contains and if it has any redeeming qualities.
We have to say that as a fat-burning supplement, it scores zero for containing any actual scientifically proven ingredients. Still, it is interesting to know what it contains and why the ingredients were chosen for the formulation. So here goes:
Green Tea Extract 300mg: One of the most redeeming ingredients is green tea extract. The extract is known for helping to boost the production of noradrenaline, which helps your body to burn more calories. But the dose is low, and the formula lacks the other thermogenic ingredients found in better formulations that would boost its effectiveness.
Garcinia Cambogia 50mg: This is a controversial ingredient, as already mentioned above. It was heavily used in older fat-burning formulations from decades ago, but its safety has been brought under question for a good reason, with a strong link to it causing liver damage. (We should mention that there have been no mentions of FBRN as one of the implicated supplements in these). The active ingredient HCA acts to block enzymes that encourage fat storage. But it is less effective than 5htp at reducing food cravings and far less effective as an appetite suppressant than glucomannan.
Green Coffee Bean Extract 200mg: This isn't such a bad ingredient to include in a fat-burner, but it is only just OK and nothing special. It is sometimes included in better formulations for its ability to bind to carbs and reduce blood sugar spikes. Still, it is far more effective when taken with other ingredients that work synergistically with the extract, which F-Brn Komplex lacks.
L-Carnitine Tartrate 200mg: A quality ingredient, yes, but it is being used for the wrong reason. While this is a beneficial nootropic, it has zero effect on fat loss and, as such, has no place in this formulation. L-Carnitine is only of use for people with a deficiency, but almost nobody is deficient in it.
Caffeine and thermogenesis It is interesting to note that F-Brn Komplex doesn't contain caffeine, which is commonly added to most fat-burning food supplements for its thermogenic effect.
You may notice that the formulation contains green coffee extract, but green coffee beans are not roasted, and the extract is taken from the raw coffee bean, which means there is little to no caffeine in the extract.
The lack of thermogenic ingredients in the F-Brn Komplex formulation is one of our most significant concerns about the product's effectiveness.
Thermogenesis is a fancy word for the production of heat in your body caused by a rise in body temperature, which in the absence of food is fueled by drawing on your stored body fat reserves.
Caffeine boosts the thermogenesis in your body surprisingly well. It is backed up by plenty of scientific research, so finding that F-Brn Komplex is being marketed as a fat-burner but contains no thermogenic ingredients such as caffeine was quite eye-opening.
