Test Boost Max get's one ingredient right, throws in a couple of mediocre testosterone boosting herbs and calls it a day. Not the best testosterone supplement, but equally there are a lot worse out there. Is Test Boost Max going to do much to improve muscle mass or libido not really. It doses Ashwagandha at 600mg, which is pretty standard in good testosterone boosters, after that though it falls a little flat.
It doesn't include DAA, Panax Ginseng, or any of the essential vitamins for testosterone levels. With these being generally considered the most effective way to raise testosterone levels aside from Ashwagandha it's clear to see that test boost max is very much a case of you get what you pay for. But considering that you can get everything in Test Boost Max that's any good plus DAA's, Ginseng, the vitamins etc for only about $10/month more we can't recommend it. Generally speaking we suggest checking out Prime or Testofuel instead, they around double the effective ingredients and are in a similar price bracket.
Customers Test Boost Max Reviews
Well, this is an awkward one, a quick read of Test Boost Max customer reviews are mostly complaining about ordering issues and there aren't too many that actually focus on the product. The fact that Test Boost Max Reviews on Sculpt Nations trust pilot still only average 3.2* isn't a great, but it's not the worst that we've seen from a company like sculpt nation. It's hard to estimate exactly how low the real reviews of Test Boost Max actually are with this in mind. There's a mix of claimed side effects from nervousness, huger through to nausea. A lot of this can be side effects of Ashwagandha is you're intolerant, so it seems quite believable. People seem to be more dissatisfied with Sculpt Nation's weight loss aid, and less people review Test Boost Max in general. The fact is that with Test Boost Max you are unlikely to get many benefits beyond that of a normal Ashwagandha supplement. There's much better options of supplements to boost testosterone levels.
Test Boost Max Ingredients
Ashwagandha 600mg - This is a staple of most testosterone boosters these days, it's pretty well backed as an ingredient and is a good start for Test Boost Max, unfortunately it's all downhill from here. You'd probably do just as well taking a plain Ashwagandha supplement.
Tribulus Terrestris 500mg - Tribulus is mildly effective at best, arguably debunked at this point, it's inclusion isn't the worst test boost max ingredient, but it's not going to do nearly as much as the Ashwagandha. [2]
Epimedium Leaves 160mg - Also known as horny goat weed, epimedium leaves contain a number of compounds with potential health benefits. For example, icariin is a flavonoid that has been shown to boost nitric oxide levels, which can improve blood flow and circulation. Which could potentially have some mild benefits in relation erectile dysfunction, but it has been shown by multiple studies to have no effect as a testosterone booster. [3]
Eleuthero Root 100mg - Eleuthero root is rich in compounds called saponins, which are thought to promote the production of testosterone and other hormones. It's use however was later debunked. Eleuthero root showed no significant improvement in testosterone levels. [4]
Diindolymethane 100mg - DIM has been shown to increase the production of testosterone in both animal and human studies, however the ranges for it to be effective are far higher than the inclusion in test boost max. More like 10x what's in test boost max for any gain in testosterone levels or in lean muscle mass.
Hawthorn Berry Extract 40mg - There have been one or two studies that suggest hawthorn berry extract can act as a vasodilator and increasing blood flow. Which could help with erectile issues, but, it would have to be a lot higher dosed to have an effect. And it does nothing to improve testosterone levels.
Eurycoma Longifolia Root 20mg - More commonly known as Tongkat Ali is actually a good ingredient, the problem is, that 20mg is a completely useless dosage and isn't going to really add anything to test boost max.
American Ginseng 20mg - The old formula used to use Panax Ginseng, which whilst still under dosed at 20mg was better. There are different makeups of ginsenosides in the two variations and it has been shown that American Ginseng doesn't actually work for raising testosterone levels unlike it's Asian counterpart, but American ginseng sounds just as good and it's cheaper, we wonder why this made it into the new version of Test Boost Max.
Cordyceps Mushroom 20mg - Cordyceps isn't really a very effective ingredient at the best of times and the studies that do show it having any effect as a natural testosterone booster show that it requires 2400mg to be effective. As a result this ingredient is a pointless inclusion and won't do anything to result in healthy testosterone levels.
Test Boost Max Reviews Conclusion
Test Boost Max is under dosed in every ingredient that actually effects testosterone levels aside from Ashwagandha. It's just not a very good testosterone booster supplement. There are much better options on the market, and Test Boost Max focuses more on trying to include as many ingredients as possible rather than dosing them correctly. It's not going to do very much to boost muscle mass or improve libido as it claims although you should get some Ashwagandha benefits such as stress reduction and a mild improvement in testosterone levels.
We would recommend Prime Male over Test Boost Max if you have the option, it includes DAA which is a much more effective ingredient for boosting testosterone levels and especially muscle mass.
