Nugenix Thermo is a well known product in the weight loss supplement industry. As a whole Nugenix are incredibly well known with their range of products covering pretty much everything. The question is, does Nugenix Thermo being well known and having a large marketing budget actually translate into it being any good? The answer unfortunately is no.
Nugenix Thermo is not the worst weight loss supplement that we've come across, but it uses cheaper, less effective ingredients, uses outdated science, and hugely overpromises, meaning that we can't in good conscience recommend that anyone purchase this product.
The most glaring examples of this are the glaring overreliance on caffeine, and the choice to ignore the well studied option of glucomannan (which basically swells up in the stomach to 50x it's size make you feel full, 12grams is equal to about one large bagel) and the choice to leave our 5htp. Whilst there are some good products made by the supplements industry to aid weight loss, nugenix thermo is not one of them. We'd recommend checking out ourbest weight loss aids list if you'd like some recommendations.
Although, if you want something similar to nugenix thermo, but using better ingredients like glucomannan we'd recommend you try instant knockout instead.
Customers Nugenix Thermo Reviews
The customer reviews of nugenix thermo aren't actually that bad, and there's one quite clear reason. It's quite often peoples first fat burner. And it will work, it just won't work as well as any of the good fat burners in it's price bracket. Compared to a lot of other fat burners on the market nugenix thermo doesn't actually have too many fake reviews which is a positive.
It seems to be rated at about 3.7* on Amazon once you filter out the fake reviews suggesting a generally decent experience for a weight loss aid with such an overpromising marketing campaign.
Nugenix Thermo Ingredients
Caffeine Anhydrous: Caffeine works, it does raise thermogenesis, mildly. It will suppress appetite, and of course it will give you energy. Cayenne Extract: Again Cayenne extract works, it's in a reasonable dosage and has been shown to help raise metabolism and aid weight loss. Generally speaking though thermogenesis, is the least effective form of weight loss aid. There are limited studies to suggest it helps suppress appetite, but as many to disprove this claim.
Chromium: It does help prevent blood sugar spikes, but there are far more effective craving suppressants like the well documented 5HTP, which has at this point even been proven via brainwave monitoring, and is approved for both over the counter and clinical use. We'd have much rather seen 5HTP.
Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract: Basically disproven for efficacy in weight loss, has some other nootropic uses though. But, not helpful here.
Green Coffee Bean Extract: This ingredient is fine, it helps stabilise blood sugar, but is normally the least important ingredient in good fat burners. L-Carnitine L-Tartrate: The dosage is way too low to be useful, but the ingredient itself does help boost energy.
Niacin: Low levels of niacin can lead to weight gain, however, very few people have a vitamin b3 deficiency.
Sicilian Red Orange Extract: Minimal evidence.
Vitamin C: Serves no purpose in a fat burning supplement.
Whole Coffee Fruit: More caffeine, that's about it's only purpose here. Not something that needed to be added, although as previously mentioned caffeine has some utility.
There are some other extracts in Nugenix Thermo, but in far too low dosages to do anything.
Nugenix Thermo Review Conclusion
Nugenix thermo rely heavily on marketing over substance, they're basically a glorified caffeine pill, with some cayenne pepper thrown in. It will work, but the formula is more akin to a $20 fat burner than the $50 it prices itself at.
Compared to good high stimulant weight loss aids like Instant Knockout we can't recommend nugenix thermo, to be perfectly honest we can't even recommend it over a caffeine pill as it's quite likely that would be just as effective at helping a person lose weight.
Don't buy nugenix thermo.
