Customers Joint Buddy Reviews
Whilst there aren't a whole lot of these yet, the ones that are out there are generally positive, ignoring the ones on their website we found 2 on reddit, that did seem to be legitimate. And a few on a 3rd party reseller site in the UK, which again mostly rated it 4-5*, as a result we'd say this is an overall positive, but not quite enough yet for it to be a major selling point.
Joint Buddy Ingredients
MSM 1200mg - MSM has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain in the joints by inhibiting the production of inflammatory molecules.
It may help prevent cartilage breakdown and promote cartilage regeneration. Most interestingly for Joint Buddy, it's actually dosed in the effective range, which is a rarity amongst Joint Supplements. And on top of that it seems it can help improve joint function and mobility, especially when combined with glucosamine sulfate, another supplement that is similar to MSM. And seeing as joint Buddy has that too, the wins start racking up quickly.
Glucosamine Sulfate 1500mg - Glucosamine sulfate is a supplement that is often used to support joint health and reduce inflammation and pain. It is a natural compound that is found in the body and helps form and maintain the cartilage in the joints. But most of the studies tend to show it's best for improving joint mobility and pain reduction, with the cartilage studies showing mixed results, but this is a good inclusion.
Chondroitin 250mg - Chonrdroitin has been shown to improve the efficacy of glucosamine, it doesn't do much as a stand alone, but good for a mixed supplement.
Vitamin A 45mcg - A deficiency in vitamin A may damage your bones and connective tissues, leading to joint pain. Supplementation with vitamin A has been found to be helpful in some inflammatory conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Vitamin C 1.5mg - Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that fights molecules that trigger joint inflammation. There's also some decent evidence to suggest it can protect cartilage, which is the cushioning tissue between the bones in the joints.
Vitamin E 1mg - Vitamin E performs a similar function to vitamin C meaning it has a benefit for cartilage and helping the body combat inflammation.
B Vitamins - Again even a mild deficiency can severely increase joint pain, and because the body can't store them, we need to make sure that we get enough b vitamins every day to maintain joint health. And it takes up very little capsule space, making it ideal as an ingredient in Joint Buddy.
Zinc 0.3mg & Selenium 30mcg - Zinc and Selenium have been shown to work together to enhance each other’s effects on joint health, which is why we bundled them together as one ingredient. They help reduce inflammation and pain, repair cartilage damage, prevent further deterioration, and protect the joints from oxidative stress. And as combining them improves each ones absorption rate, it makes even the relatively low zinc dosages beneficial. Although we would have liked to see a bit more in Joint Buddy.
Copper 0.15mg - This is the first real mistep for Joint Buddy, taking copper supplements may not be necessary or beneficial for most people, unless they have a diagnosed copper deficiency. It's fine, but dosn't really need to be here.
Manganese 1mg - It's actually not a bad inclusion, quite a common deficiency and it may help promote strong, dense bones when combined with other nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D. This is particularly important in older adults who are more prone to osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Which is also why we'd have rather seen vit D than copper.
Cetyl Myristoleate1.5mg: Cetyl myristoleate is a natural omega-5 fatty acid that may have some benefits for your joint health.
Devil's Claw 1.5mg - Devils Claw is a bit low dosed here to be much use, but with everything else in here this isn't much of a complaint and the final real misstep for Joint Buddy.
Boron 1.5mg - Boron has been shown to strengthen bones, no complaints here.
L Histidine 15mg - L-histidine may help reduce inflammation and pain in the joints by inhibiting the production of inflammatory molecules. But the research is still relatively new at this point.
Green Lipped Sea Muscle 100mg - Green-lipped mussel has been shown to have a mild effect on reducing inflammation and pain, it also contains some omega 3's so not bad, nothing particularly special either though.
All in all this is a pretty good ingredients list.
