Does Lean PM work?
Why is it that the most burning questions are typically so complicated to answer? Ofcourse the answer to this question depends on your goals and how you plan on achieving them. In terms of the ingredients and dosage, we believe that Lean PM will help you to fall asleep faster, help you into a deeper sleep and help suppress food cravings and as such, when paired with healthy lifestyle habits, would help work towards your goals. That said, it is not the best fat burner sleep aid on the market, and will not be able to lose weight for you effectively without a lot of work on your end. For those in this situation, there's others on the market that will better stimulate your metabolism, suppress your appetite all while helping you get a good night's rest.
Is Lean PM safe?
There's nothing contained in Lean PM that is a cause for concern, though it's always worth checking with your doctor if you're on any kind of medication, although in most cases we wouldn't expect any notable leanPM side effects.

Vitamin B6
A common ingredient in fat burners that we're normally more thrilled to see. Don't misunderstand us, Vitamin B6 has some effects related to metabolic rate, but that mainly allows one to remain more energetic on a calorie deficit. We don't really see the function that provides to Lean PM as a sleep aid supplement, as it seems to work against the main goals. Though you might be considering that it will help you lose weight through more efficient metabolic conversion, remember that there are many ingredients that would be more effective at this without going against the main strengths and focus of the product as a whole.
Magnesium
This inclusion is definitely warranted. Magnesium deficiency is known to cause restless sleep and although it's not a very common ailment, it's worth baring in mind that the likelihood is increased when eating a low calorie diet and as such we find it's inclusion to be a very welcome one, this is a good ingredient for a sleep aid, so makes since for LeanPM.
Green tea extract
Just as with Vitamin B6, Green tea extract is a common and usually much more welcome ingredient for a stimulant fat burner. But, that's not because it contains caffeine, it's more because of it's appetite suppressant qualities. That said it is one of the cheaper and quite common ingredients for fat burners. It's a fine inclusion, but overall it's something of a b tier ingredient, it does have some positive impact, but it is a relatively minimal one.
L-Theanine
Despite sounding like a character from a fantasy novel, L-Theanine is an ingredient we're very much happy to see included and effectively dosed in Lean PM. At this dosage you'll find that you'll not only fall asleep faster, but will have a higher quality sleep as well by promoting relaxation in the brain. It helps reduce the excitatory chemicals natural present, allowing you to drift off more easily.
Melatonin
Shown to help people get into a restful sleep it does seem to be one of the most effective over the counter supplements available for this. It’s a good inclusion for what Lean PM is actually for.
5HTP
Great for craving suppression, it’s included in a lot of better weight loss aids, it has no effect on fat burning persay, but it does help suppress cravings for unhealthy foods, it’s even been tested in patients under brain scan and was a prescription only option for a long time before becoming available over the counter.
