Alpha King Immortal Ingredients
Dicalcium Phosphate - 107 MG (60 MG Calcium, 47 MG Phosphorus)
The mineral calcium keeps the bones and heart strong and healthy, while encouraging the production of more testosterone in elite athletes (1). However, this only occurs when taking 35mg and working out daily.
This means the dose of calcium in Alpha King Immortal can improve your test levels, but only if you're exercising. The phosphorus is included as calcium supplementation can cause your natural phosphorus levels to drop, so this prevents you becoming phosphorus deficient.
Zinc (OptiZinc Zinc Monomethionine) - 15 MG
The mineral zinc stimulates the pituitary gland, increasing luteinizing hormone production and boosting testosterone levels (2). It also improves immunity, metabolism, DNA synthesis, recovery, and vision, while reducing inflammation and the signs of aging.
The problem is, these effects only occur when taking 25 to 45 mg of zinc daily, so the 15 mg in Alpha King Immortal will do nothing.
Selenium (Lalmin Se1000 L-Selenomethionine) - 80 MCG
Selenium is a mineral with proven antioxidant properties that reduces inflammation. However, despite numerous tests, there's no evidence supporting claims it improves test levels, making its inclusion in Alpha King Immortal pointless (3).
Potassium (Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate) - 40 MG
Studies on rats show there's a correlation between having a deficiency in the mineral potassium and experiencing low testosterone (4).
However, not only are these findings not conclusive, they also only suggest potassium helps prevent test levels from dipping in people who are already deficient, rather than boosting them in people with normal levels.
Testosterone & Estrogen Modulation Matrix - 2150 MG
KSM-66 Ashwagandha Extract (Root) - 600 MG
KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract is a patented winter cherry extract. Practitioners of ayurvedic medicine claim it improves blood sugar and testosterone levels, brain and heart health, focus, memory, and sleep, while reducing stress and anxiety.
This would boost muscle mass, strength, athletic performance, and fat loss. The problem is, even though studies look promising, its effects have yet to be proven, meaning its use as the second most abundant ingredient in Alpha King Immortal is a risk (5).
AlphaFen Fenugreek Liposomal Extract (Seed) - 500 MG
Fenugreek seed extract enhances testosterone levels, libido, and male reproductive functions. There's even suggestions it lowers blood sugar levels and helps with diabetes.
However, the optimal dose of fenugreek is 600 mg daily. The 500 mg in Alpha King Immortal may have a small effect, but won't be as effective as a test booster with the correct dose (6).
Tribulus Terrestris Extract (Fruit) - 250 MG
Tribulus terrestris extract is used in ayurvedic medicine and supplements due to claims it can boost testosterone and libido, support male sexual health and drive, and improve heart health.
Unfortunately, despite extensive research, there's no proof that it's a natural testosterone booster, so its presence in Alpha King Immortal is pointless (7).
Black Maca Extract (Root) - 200 MG
Maca plant extract is used in traditional medicine as it's said to provide enhanced libido, mood, and sexual performance, and aid anxiety, depression, and menopause symptoms (8).
The problem is, not only is unproven, but even studies supporting its use say 1,500 to 3,000 mg must be used daily to produce results. This means the 200 mg in Alpha King Immortal will do nothing.
Tongkat Ali Extract (Root) - 200 MG
Tongkat ali is a herb widely accepted as an aphrodisiac and fertility enhancer, and there's even evidence suggesting it can decrease estrogen levels.
However, these claims are unfounded and even the benefits it's proven to produce require 300 mg daily to be seen at optimal levels, which is far beyond the 200 mg in each Alpha King Immortal serving (9).
PrimaVie (Shilajit Fulvic Acid Complex) - 200 MG
PrimaVie is a Himalayan rock extract rich in fulvic acid that's said to boost total testosterone, increase muscle strength, slow the signs of aging, and improve your overall health.
Unfortunately, not only are its effects unproven, but even the studies suggesting it's beneficial say at least 250 mg must be consumed daily, rendering the 200 mg present in Alpha King Immortal worthless (10).
Stinging Nettle Extract (Root) - 100 MG
Stinging nettle extract binds to the sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), which inhibits testosterone production. This helps you maintain healthy testosterone levels, while offering benefits like reducing inflammation and keeping the prostate and urinary tract healthy.
Unfortunately, at least 120mg of is needed daily to produce these effects, meaning the 100 mg in an Alpha King Immortal serving won't produced the desired results (11).
DIM (Diindolylmethane) - 100 MG
DIM (diindolylmethane) is made of indole and methane molecules and is an estrogen regulator and anti aromatase modulator. It interacts with estrogen binding sites, limiting its impact on testosterone, helping to maintain balanced hormones (12).
It's shown to improve sexual performance, health, and function, and even reduce stress, inflammation, and the risk of some illnesses when 100 mg is consumed daily. This makes it one of the only ingredients in Alpha King Immortal that's both effective and properly dosed.
HGH Secretagogue Arterial Pump Activation Blend - 1700 MG
Nitrosigine (Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate) - 1000 MG
Inositol stabilized arginine silicate is an ergogenic aid that increases arterial nitric oxide levels, providing a decisive cognitive lift and increasing testosterone production.
However, these results are only seen when using 1.5 grams daily, meaning the gram in Alpha King Immortal isn't enough to produce results (13).
AlphaSize (50% Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine) - 600 MG
Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine is like an amino acid and offers many benefits to the human body, like boosting muscular contractions, body fat and nutrient metabolism, mental functions, cholesterol levels, and mental clarity (14).
For these effects to occur though, 400 m doses must be taken three times per day. This means the 600 mg in doses of Alpha King Immortal is simultaneously too big and too small.
Spectra - 100 MG
Spectra is a patented antioxidant blend containing coffee arabica extract, green tea extract, broccoli sprout, onion extract, apple extract, tomato, camu camu, garlic, turmeric, basil, oregano, cinnamon, elderberry, mangosteen, blackcurrant extract, blueberry extract, sweet cherry, spinach, chokeberry, kale, blackberry, bilberry extract, Brussel sprout, acai berry, carrot, raspberry, and acerola cherry extract (15).
Spectra perfectly represents Alpha King Immortal as, while it contains some useful ingredients, they're all present in doses that are far too small and surrounded by unproven or useless ingredients.
Rapid Bioavailability Acceleration Complex - 30 MG
AstraGin (Panax Notoginseng Root & Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extracts) - 25 MG
Ginseng boosts testosterone, improves erectile dysfunction, mood, immunity, and cognitive functions, and combats various illnesses when taken in daily doses of 200 to 400 mg (16).
Astragalus is an anti-inflammatory that boosts testosterone and immunity, lowers cholesterol, and improves heart and liver health when taking 30 mg daily (17).
So, while both the components of Astragin benefit your test levels, they won't when taken in these doses.
BioPerine Black Pepper Fruit Extract - 5 MG
Black pepper extract isn't a test booster but is added to supplements like this to raise the bioavailability of the other ingredients. This mean it helps the active ingredients to boost total testosterone even more.
Like with everything else in Alpha King Immortal though, the 5 mg in each serving is well below the required dose of 20 mg, so won't have any effect (18).
