Burn Evolved is OK as fat burners go, it's not the best weight loss supplement by a long shot, but it's definitely not the worst. It gets a lot of things right, just not enough to make it onto our best weight loss supplements lists.

It misses a couple of the better appetite suppressant ingredients in exchange for apple cider vinegar powder and Grains of Paradise Seed, the first one being largely debunked and grains of paradise being relatively low in terms of efficacy. Especially when compared against the likes of glucomannan (1000mg swells to about the size of a bagel in your stomach, and has functionally 0 calories, so it's easy to see how that works) and 5htp, which helps your brain regulate dopamine reducing cravings, this has been proved in studies and under MRI scans.

Sculpt nation burn evolved does come in a little bit cheaper than some of the supplements on our best list, but not by much, there's about a $10 a month difference so we can't really say it's worth it. If it was $20 cheaper, then it could maybe be a contender for the best budget option.

Customers Burn Evolved Reviews

There weren't many reviews from burn evolved customers, but the ones we did find were reasonably positive. Which considering the ingredients we're not surprised, for the most part burn evolved should work better than taking nothing, but we couldn't find enough legitimate customer reviews of burn evolved to make any conclusions here.

Burn Evolved vs Instant Knockout

Instant Knockout wins hands down here, it has all the best ingredients in Burn Evolved, but without the bad ones, which it has swapped out for, you guessed it, glucomannan. Is it a perfect supplement, no, but it is our favorite caffeinated weight loss supplement. It's $15/month more, but well worth it for the upgrade.

Burn Evolved Ingredients

Burn evolved has a pretty mixed ingredients list, some are good and are in most of the best fat burners, some are less so, and have been debunked since the formula was created.

Green tea extract is a common ingredient in a lot of fat burner supplements. Studies have shown that it has some, albeit a limited effect on lowering the bodies ability to absorb fat, but it's one of the less effective ingredients that we see in top tier fat burners.

Apple cider vinegar powder unfortunately doesn't have much evidence to support it's use, there were some optimistic findings a few years ago on animals, but more recent studies have suggested that it's not effective for humans.

Grains of Paradise Seed is where things get a bit complicated. In theory the extract helps activate brown adipose tissue, making your body think it's cold and use energy to heat itself up. There are some studies to back it up, however, it doesn't do nearly as much as eating less calories would do, we're talking a burn of maybe 50 calories, or half an apple. Which is why we favor appetite suppression ingredients over what's in burn evolved.

Caffeine is and always will be one of the best weight loss ingredients, it makes you move more, burning more calories, it's a thermogenic, burning more calories, and it supresses appetite. It's an all round winner.

Cayenne Pepper is a decent ingredient, it does work to burn a few extra calories, but we're not talking huge numbers here. The problem is for it to be really effective it needs to be in a much higher dose for most people. Around 1000mg a day. Which is a lot bigger than the serving in most fat burners.

Yohimbine Hydrochloride is a stimulant similar to caffeine, just not as effective. It's fine as an inclusion, but we wouldn't say it's one of the best ingredients in burn evolved.

Burn Evolved Reviews: Conclusion

Burn evolved isn't bad, it would make a great budget option if it was cheaper. But unfortunately with it priced as it is it competes with instant knockout and then it simply doesn't come out on top.

If it swapped out the grains of paradise and apple cider vinegar for something like glucomannan then it could arguably be the best fat burner for gym rats with it's high caffeine content and energy boosting ingredients.

It's not bad, it's just not great for it's price point. You could do a lot worse than Burn Evolved.
